These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Brewtales (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Brewtales — Savor the Story website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The formulations, recipes, botanical blends, sourcing details, infusion and brewing protocols, process parameters, batch records and product development notes of Brewtales (collectively, the “Confidential Information”) constitute confidential information and trade secrets of Brewtales, developed at its own cost and effort and not available in the public domain.
Access to the Confidential Information is restricted to persons who have executed a written non-disclosure agreement with Brewtales, is granted strictly on a need-to-know basis, and is subject to Brewtales' internal access controls and record-keeping.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, disclosure or communication of the Confidential Information, whether by an employee, contractor, vendor, collaborator or any third party, and whether during or after the term of engagement, will be actionable in contract and under the equitable doctrine of breach of confidence, and Brewtales will pursue injunctive relief, damages and account of profits, together with such criminal remedies as may be available.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
We accept orders through WhatsApp and Amazon. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Product prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
For items purchased via Amazon, Amazon's return policy applies. for direct orders via WhatsApp, please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order. Due to the nature of our products (consumables), generally returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
